Formerly known as ProAudio and ProRoma, this 30-year-old company felt a disconnect in its brand identity. Expanding services and teams without adjusting their messaging and visuals led to confusion. LMC stepped in to answer these questions and shape a cohesive brand aligned with their long-term vision.

At LMC, change is our playground. Our collaboration with Sensory Marketing Pros started at the foundation. First, we revamped their brand strategy, ensuring a narrative that resonates with their target audience while assuring current customers of a continued amazing experience.
Secondly, we initiated the process by addressing the confusion around their name. ProRoma, their scent marketing business, became a product under Sensory Marketing Pros. ProAudio transitioned from a business name to a branded phone and on-hold messaging service, maintaining familiarity and trust.
Our focus extended to messaging, ensuring clarity and compelling communication of their values and offerings. Phrases like “We answer our phones” and “We value relationships above all else” became integral to their brand language.

LMC infused new life into their online presence by prioritizing scalability, accessibility, and a mobile-focused build.
Through a meticulous process involving discovery, wireframes, prototype development, and final development and testing, we crafted the digital storefront for SMP. Built on WordPress, our design ensures seamless navigation, captivating visuals, and a user-centric approach that redefines the online experience. To cater to various buyer personas, we maintained a unified user interface and user experience.
To address a client priority, we incorporated an easy way for prospects to test scent samples. The scent marketing page guides users through engaging with the brand by sampling their scents, featuring a scheduler and workflow advice.
