Our Team

We're a small, dynamic, women-owned and operated team with backgrounds in sales, video, web development, strategy, and multimedia marketing. When you work with us, you always work directly with our founder and A-team. No handoffs to a C-team or offshore contractors.

Meet Liz McVoy

Founder, LMC Agency

As a brand storyteller, Liz showcases over 15 years of creative brand marketing expertise, navigating production houses on the West Coast and partnerships with prestigious universities in the Big 10 and ACC.

When not working, you can find Liz baking elaborate birthday cakes for her kids, gardening, hosting game nights, or dreaming up DIY projects that involve power tools.

Stemming from a passion to support other women, Liz is also the founder of FlourishGR, a league of entrepreneurial women in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Igniting Impact

We partnered with LMC to produce videos for our monthly newsletter and social media channels. The videos look awesome! We have received very encouraging feedback from our leadership team and our sales team was eager to use them to further conversations with potential clients!
